At RUD, we are committed to developing skills, supporting long term employment, and strengthening the communities where we operate.

We’re proud to support young employment through apprenticeship training schemes and to have welcomed Alex Bryant,our Lifting Equipment Technician Apprentice, to the RUD team.

Through hands on experience and structured training, our apprentices gain valuable industry skills while working alongside experienced professionals in safety critical environments. By nurturing apprenticeships and technical development, we’re helping to build the future workforce and strengthen the communities where we work.

As RUD continues to grow, we remain focused on expanding our community involvement in ways that align with our values and industry expertise.

Alongside ongoing support for skills development and apprenticeships, we actively engage with both local and industry led initiatives. This includes supporting community events such as the Herne Bay Carnival, as well as sponsoring key industry activities including the LEEA Golf Days and Global Lifting Awareness Day.

Through these partnerships and initiatives, we aim to contribute positively to our local community while supporting safety, best practice, and awareness across the wider lifting industry.
