RUD BULKOS bucket elevators are typically suited for vertical conveying applications for powdery, granular, lumpy and high temperature bulk materials. They are used across a range of industries for the vertical transportation of goods such as: fertiliser, potash and salt, cement, sand and gravel, among other materials.

The bucket elevator range consists of BULKOS round steel chain type bucket elevators, high performance central chain bucket elevators and belt type bucket elevators. RUD BULKOS belt type bucket elevators are reinforced with textile or steel inlays. They ensure easy transportation of materials, even at the highest of conveying heights vertically.

BULKOS belt type bucket elevators enables handling of materials under the toughest of conditions, such as high temperatures, heights or bulk flow rates. The RUD drive drum belt type bucket elevator design comprises a cylindrical central section and laterally decreasing diameter which offers numerous benefits. Firstly the load is distributed evenly across the width of the belt; meaning there is low wear on the friction lining and stable running of the belt which results in a longer service life of the belt.

The RUD drive drum belt type bucket elevator with an interchangeable friction lining offers a friction lining that is easily exchanged when worn without having to remove the drum or opening of the belt. This makes it easy to maintain which reduces downtime and increases productivity.

The RUD parallel belt type bucket elevator tension unit ensures automatic extension of the belt, a low pre-tension force and therefore low loading. This design offers a maintenance free design and stable running of the belt.
